SERVICES

New Builds & Extensions:

We offer a full design, installation and testing service for builders or self build projects. All work complies to current building regulations and BS 7671.

 

Rewires/Partial Rewires:

We offer a complete rewiring service for all types of properties. This includes the installation of all fittings, accessories and cabling. Sub-contractors can be arranged on your behalf for plastering and decorating services on our completion.

 

Outdoor Power: 

Use your outdoor space as an extra room. Power can be provided to all garden buildings, external sockets for plugging in the mower and lighting/security lighting for the exterior of your property.

 

Consumer Units: 

We offer a consumer replacement service to the current 17th Edition. This also includes advice on the correct type of consumer unit for your premises and up-to-date safety earth bonding according to the latest IEE Wiring Regulations.  

 

Testing, Inspection & Fault Finding: 

We recommend all homes are periodically inspected every ten years or whenever you deem necessary due to change of use. We can come in and perform a thorough inspection and testing process on all existing circuits and provide you with a detailed electrical report on the status of your property. We also offer a full fault finding and rectification service.

 

Replacement Fittings:

We can change all accessories and fittings in the home. We can supply and fit to your specific design requirements or fit only should you choose to purchase your own.
